What we can do

Our Services

Annual Examinations

We offer comprehensive examinations of your eye health and visual function. This includes diagnosis, monitoring and treatment of ocular disease as well as detecting signs of systemic disease. An eye exam can uncover underlying—and life-threatening—health issues, such as diabetes, brain tumours, cancer of the eye, high blood pressure, multiple sclerosis and certain vascular diseases, just to name a few.

Eyeglasses

We carry over 1000 frames and sunglasses. With an emphasis on trends and classic fashion we are able to provide the latest in eyewear brands and styling. We are the only location in West Kelowna to offer a one year no-questions asked frame and lens warranty – you break it and we fix it. It’s that simple.

Contact Lenses

With the newer lens designs and a proper fitting, most patients who haven’t been able to wear contact lenses due to dryness or astigmatism can now be successful wearers. In addition we have great contact lens options for the “over 40″ crowd who need help with reading and computer.

Emergency Eye Care

If you notice sudden reduced vision, flashes or floaters, eye redness, discharge or pain, or you get something in your eye, have your eyes examined immediately. We will make every accommodation possible to see you on the same day.

Eye See ... Eye Learn®

We are delighted to participate in Eye See … Eye Learn® to bring good vision and eye care to our Kindergarten patients. In Eye See … Eye Learn®, Kindergarten children are provided with doctor-delivered eye health and vision care, and when there is a vision disorder, prescription eyeglasses at no charge. Learn more

Eyedrop-free Examinations!

We offer high definition 200 degree wide-field retinal imaging with the Optos Optomap which is excellent for detecting and monitoring internal ocular disease including peripheral retinal disease. The retinal periphery is not captured with any other retinal camera and usually dilation drops are not required. If you are not having a dilation or an Optomap, it is akin to having a dentist examine only your front two teeth. Make sure you are getting the complete examination you deserve! Find out more at www.optomap.com.
